TERMS OF USE OF THE UMI GROUP WEBSITE

  1. The UMI Group website (the “Website“) is owned by Universal Motors Israel Ltd. (“UMI”), Company Registration No. 511809071 (the parent company of the UMI Group, which includes the following companies, among others: UTS – Universal Transportation Solutions Ltd., Dan Lis A-Car 1988 (Trade In) Ltd., Universal Trucks Israel Ltd., Universal Financial Solutions Ltd., UMI Insurance Agency (1994), Office 3000 Ltd. and Universal Imports UM.A. Ltd., whose address is 10 Hamasger Street, Lod, zip code 7129807, and is operated by it.

  3. The UMI Group strives to ensure that the information presented on the Website is complete and accurate. Despite these efforts to present the information on the Website fully and accurately, errors could occur in good faith. The UMI Group reserves the right to correct any error that was made in good faith, and the UMI Group will not be held liable in these instances.
  4. The UMI Group reserve its right to modify these Terms of Use from time to time at its sole discretion, without having to give any notice and/or prior notice. Subject to any law, the last wording is the binding wording.

In the event of a contradiction and/or inconsistency between the information on the Website and the information contained in the official documents of the UMI Group companies, including information provided by UMI Group employees, whether in writing or orally, the information at the offices of the Group companies in their official documents or submitted by the Group’s employees will be deemed correct.
  6. The provisions of these Terms of Use will apply to all browsing and use of the Website by the Users of the Website. The UMI Group hereby clarifies that the information contained on the Website is for general and informative purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation and/or opinion and/or solicitation to purchase any product or provide any service. Therefore, the User is aware and agrees that any reliance on statements, positions, advice or any other information presented on the Website is at the User’s sole discretion and liability.

  8. These Terms of Use cover the rules and conditions for using the Website and it alone regulates the legal relationship between the UMI Group and the Website User. Use of the Website constitutes consent to these Terms of Use and the rest of the conditions that appear and/or will appear on the Website when using it. A User who does not agree to any of these Terms of Use and/or the other conditions on the Website is asked to refrain from using this Website.
  9. The Terms of Use and all actions that can be performed via the Website are regulated by the laws of the State of Israel and are subject to Israeli law only. The competent court in Tel Aviv-Yafo has unique and exclusive local jurisdiction concerning any matter and dispute relating to the Terms of Use, use or any cause arising from an action carried out via the Website.
